We will meet every week for 30 minutes and in every call, you will have the opportunity to get 1-1 coaching every week. We will work on mindset, nutrition, and everything in between to make sure you are reaching your weight loss goal
Once a month these calls will be 60 minutes so that we can dive deep into any obstacles or blocks that may have come up
You will receive recipes, handouts to help you on your personal journey to make healthy habits stick long term. This includes my meal prep guide and tips to help you make easy meal decisions
